- Topic is a PR task which consists of zero or more Messages and one or more Contacts (In fact hundreds of them) with a QA Criteria. Ex: Exit Poll on a TV Show.
- QA criteria can be defined for up to 10 options and contact selections will be captured for reporting purposes.
- You can have up to 50 Topics defined/configured in VOiceChum PR at a time. Topics can be added/modified/deleted from Configuration window.
- Topic Execution - Running the campaign from VoiceChum PR
- Once started execution, VoiceChum PR calls contacts of the Topic one after the other, plays the message (if configured) and waits (if configured) for the contact answer.
- Answers are captured and stored for reporting purposes
- Topics can be paused/resumed from the Status window
- As the Topic is executed, Live Completion Statistics are displayed to understand the Topic Progress

- Bar/Pie Charts on Topics for the selected Report Type
